Kiwi Mousse
F -approximately 2 years old - spayed- vaccinated - microchipped - FIV/FeLV negative
Kiwi Mousse is very calm, affectionate, is okay being held, and loves having her luscious locks combed. She's young enough she still enjoy playing with toys, catnip, and ribbon wands. Because she has been raising her babies, she has not been tested with any other cats. When seeing dogs through the window she was quite wary. Her foster mom says she is "a very sweet cat. "
Cantaloupe - bonded with Casaba
M - 16 weeks- neutered - - UTD on vaccines - microchipped - viral tested negative
One of our Summer Melons, Cantaloupe was raised by mother, Charentais in a fabulous foster home. There he learned the basic kitten skills, which he is still refining. Appropriately dressed for any occasion, this tiny can go formal or casual with the proper accessories. Like his siblings, he’s a playful, energetic, mix of mayhem and sweetness. Cantaloupe finds great joy in playing chase, kitty soccer, climbing the cat trees, and generally being a
kitten. He loves all of his siblings and would love to go home with one of them to be his lifelong buddy. If not, he will require a young, playful kitten or cat in his new home in order to live his best life.
He is located at the Lynnwood Petco and you can make an appointment to meet him by emailing cats@whiskersinneed.org.
Casaba - bonded with Cantaloupe
M - 16 weeks - M - neutered - vaccines UTD - microchipped - viral negative
Casaba came into foster care with W.I.N. as a newborn kitten. He was raised by his mother, Charentais, who gave her babies a solid foundation in essential cat knowledge. A classic black void, this little guy is a perfectly
lovely kitten, ready to race about the house chasing the other little Melons and practicing his best MMA moves. As with most kittens, he can find joy in any toy as well as many things not intended to be toys. When they’ve
expended all their energy, these babies love to sleep together in one big furry kitten pile. A bright, energetic guy, he would love more than anything to go home with one of his siblings by his side, together forever.
He is located at the Lynnwood Petco and you can make an appointment to meet him by emailing cats@whiskersinneed.org.
Charentais (Char)
F - 2 years - spayed - UTD on vaccines - microchipped - viral negative
Char arrived at WIN as a devoted young mom and raised her four kittens like a pro. Now that her babies are grown, she’s ready for a home of her own.
At about 2 years old, Char is playful, curious, and loves anything she can climb or bat around. She’s affectionate, well‑mannered, and very appreciative of humans with opposable thumbs—especially those who open cans of tasty food.
True to her Siamese roots, she has opinions and enjoys sharing them. She’d do well with calm, non‑aggressive cats or as the solo queen of the household. She hasn’t been around dogs, and she prefers gentle companionship over being picked up and carried around. Char is looking for a loving family who will adore her, listen to her commentary, and let her shine.
Char is at the Issaquah Petco and would love to meet and discuss becoming your feline overlord. To learn more, or to make an appointment to meet Char, please email cats@whiskersinneed.org.
Choquette
F - 11 months - spayed - UTD on vaccines
Bon jour. I'm Choquette - my foster humans pronounce it "shoe-KET" or "cho-ket". They say I'm sweet as a little French cream puff, so that's what they called me. You can call me "Shoo" for short, or whatever you like!
I love all kinds of food and treats, crunchy stuff and soft morsels. And I love toys! Fur mice, jingle balls, fake flowers, wand toys, you name it. I'll bat your hands, too, but don't worry, I never use my claws.
I'd probably do best in a home without kids, but I love meeting other cats. My sisters and I grew up outdoors and didn't spend much time with humans when we were little, so I'm still pretty shy around new people. But I've learned that I really like being petted, and my foster family says they can hear my purring throughout the house. So if you're patient with me, I'm sure we'll be best friends in no time!

Rambo
M - neutered - vaccines UTD - microchipped
Rambo is a handsome classic bullseye tabby with white markings. He was rescued from a feral feeding station as a kitten and adopted. At between 6 and 7 years old, Rambo is a mature gentleman with excellent manners.
Sadly, Rambo's owner passed away in May, and he is now looking for a new forever home.
With his adorable cross-eyed face and sweet nature, Rambo is truly one of a kind. He can be shy at first, but once he feels safe, he's incredibly affectionate. He loves head kisses, scratches, gentle pets, and will happily rub against you or flop beside you for attention. He also loves relaxing in a tall cat tree, watching the world go by.
Rambo has lived with other cats and may enjoy a calm feline companion with a proper introduction. He hasn't lived with dogs or children, and he'd be happiest in a quiet home with an experienced cat person who will be patient and give him a little time to settle in and relax. If you ask him, somebody who works from home or is home a lot would be extra purrfect!
