Not Feral, Just Scared.

In the spring of 2024, Biscuit was picked up from a feral colony, taken in for neutering, and then released back to his colony. Instead of disappearing, he decided to camp on his trapper's porch, soliciting food, pets, and safety. He was clearly a very sweet, shy guy who seemed like he might enjoy living the indoor life. We got him inside during the big freeze this January and he's been in foster care ever since.

In his foster home, his safe spot was under the bed in his room. Given time, patience, and reaching under the bed to pet him, Biscuit now trusts enough to come out for pets, and even jumps on the bed for snuggles. He loves being brushed and playing with a wand, and has the best purr. He spooks easily, and still requires quiet time (who doesn't) but would love a quiet home where he can blossom. He may get along with another calm cat, but his foster siblings don't meet that requirement. 

We would love to introduce you to Biscuit  in his foster home and not put him through the trauma of moving to the adoption room. He is definitely looking for a home with someone who is experienced with shy, under-socialized cats and is willing to give him time to acclimate to another new environment and new people.

Daphne of the Emerald Eyes, Mother of Shrubs, Lover of Humans, Seeker of Snuggles.

Daphne and her four young kittens were rescued from a hoarding situation by a kind veterinary professional and brought to us for foster care. She raised her babies in several different foster homes and has been a devoted mother. All of the changes have been stressful for Daphne and she's been seeking comfort in blanket forts and sheltered cubbies, concerned about the next upheaval.

Daphne may appear shy initially with new people but as she becomes more at ease and confident, her talkative and sweet personality emerges. Notably, her meows are soft and muted, resembling a soothing 'mrrrrrr' sound.

Daphne's ideal forever home would be quiet and calm, a place where she can be the undisputed queen of the castle, the one and only feline inhabitant, with a loyal, dedicated human companion  She will need lots of TLC and time to adjust to her new life. If you are seeking a gentle, laid-back and loving companion, you should meet Daphne! She is currently in foster care in Lynnwood and is available for introductions.

Pumpkin King - male - neutered - microchipped - UTD on vaccines - viral tested negative for FIV/FeLV (no nose stripe - brown face)

Pumpkin King (PK) and Pickles are a bonded duo of almost 2-year-old sweethearts who are looking for a calm, child-free home where they can truly relax and shine. These two were recently returned to our care after their previous family—despite working closely with their vet and a behaviorist—found that PK and Pickles were becoming increasingly uncomfortable as the household grew noisier and more active with growing young children. It was a heartbreaking decision made out of love, and now these gentle souls are hoping for a peaceful new chapter.

Pickles is the more outgoing of the two. She’s a sweet, food-motivated girl who loves “mousie” toys and instrumental guitar music—Rodrigo y Gabriela is her jam! PK is more of an observer, preferring to perch on cat trees or windowsills where he can watch the world go by (especially birds). He’s also incredibly gentle and loves a good bird toy session before curling up somewhere cozy.

Both cats are low energy, affectionate, and snuggly. They thrive in a quiet environment with a loving, calm human who enjoys sharing the couch for long cuddle sessions. They're low-maintenance companions who would do well in an apartment, especially if someone is home regularly.

Amfissa (AKA Amy) 13 weeks - spayed - UTD vaccines - microchipped - viral negative

Part of our Olives, Amfissa and Pimento came to us as orphaned bottle babies. Raised in foster care, they are well versed in handling humans, negotiating with older cats, and enjoying the benefits of living the indoor life.

Amy is an independent young girl. She takes a while to warm up and trust people but once she does she is sweet as sugar. She is the brave one of the pair, happy to explore new things and places.  She was the first to climb the cat trees and she just figured out how to get on the counters this week. 

Amy and Pim are extremely active together! They are always chasing and wrestling with each other until  they crash and snuggle up together for a nap. These bonded siblings are looking for a home together forever.

Pimento is a typical young guy - a roly poly kid with a big boy strut. He likes carrying his toys around in his mouth, roughhousing with his sister, Amfissa  somersaulting and tumbling with abandon.   Pim is an affectionate kitten who gets excited when his foster mom gets home from work, running to greet her at the door and following her everywhere. He has a BIG, constant purr that fills the quiet moments.

Pim and Amfissa are tightly bonded siblings who need a forever home together with someone who will love and treasure them.

Meet Lime – A Sweet, Zesty Girl Ready for Her Forever Home! 

Say hello to Lime, a beautiful 1-year-old kitty bursting with love, energy, and personality! Lime came from a home with too many animals, but now that she’s in foster care, she’s thriving—and she's ready to find the forever family she truly deserves.

Lime is an affectionate girl who lives for pets and adores being brushed. Grooming time is her favorite bonding time—she’ll happily purr away while you pamper her. She still has that fun, kitten energy and loves to play, chase toys, and explore her surroundings with bright-eyed curiosity. This social sweetheart would do wonderfully in a home with another friendly kitty companion. She enjoys having a feline buddy to play and snuggle with, and she’s learning how to just be a cat again—one that’s safe, loved, and spoiled (just the way she likes it!).

When Lime first arrived in foster care, she was underweight and had a few tummy troubles, but thanks to good food and lots of TLC, she’s come a long way! She’s eating well, using the litter box like a pro, and her playful spirit is shining through more and more each day.

Cerignola is a tiny tuxedo with a big personality.  He loves tossing his mouse toy then chasing it and standing on top of the ball track to dramatically fall off onto his side to get the balls.  

Cerignola likes to sit on your shoulder and share his beautiful, loud purr.  Cerignola is bonded with his sister, Arbequina and they are looking for a home together. They enjoy napping on the couch, running around the house, and hanging out with their foster family.

All sugar and no spice, Arbequina is the sweetest tortie you will ever meet.  When she is not hanging out with her brother, Cerignola, she likes to sit either curled up right next to you or stretched out on her back for tummy rubs.  

She also enjoys bird watching through the window and can outlast everyone playing with the feather wand.  Arbequina is bonded with her brother, Cerignola and is looking for a home with him.

4 yrs old - neutered - UTD on vaccines - microchipped - viral negative

Archie came to us when his owners were dealing with memory and medical issues and could no longer care for him. He has been described as "extra spicy" with a side of single kitten syndrome. Translated, this means, in true orange cat fashion, he doesn't always make the best choices 😁

He'll seek out affection by swatting/batting at you with his claws retracted. With impeccable litterbox habits and happy to eat any food that's presented, this marmalade boy is ready for someone who can appreciate his spicy sweetness. 

He definitely needs an experienced adult who can read cat language and redirect when his play gets too rough. He's very curious about well behaved dogs that give him time to get to know him and will shy away from a dog when too pushy.
