Not Feral, Just Scared.

In the spring of 2024, Biscuit was picked up from a feral colony, taken in for neutering, and then released back to his colony. Instead of disappearing, he decided to camp on his trapper's porch, soliciting food, pets, and safety. He was clearly a very sweet, shy guy who seemed like he might enjoy living the indoor life. We got him inside during the big freeze this January and he's been in foster care ever since.

In his foster home, his safe spot was under the bed in his room. Given time, patience, and reaching under the bed to pet him, Biscuit now trusts enough to come out for pets, and even jumps on the bed for snuggles. He loves being brushed and playing with a wand, and has the best purr. He spooks easily, and still requires quiet time (who doesn't) but would love a quiet home where he can blossom. He may get along with another calm cat, but his foster siblings don't meet that requirement.

Meet Brie, Mother of Cheeses, Lover of People, Sweetest Girl Ever. 

Upon arrival in Lynnwood this spring, Brie promptly gave birth to 5 perfect kittens. She raised them in foster care, imparting all of her knowledge on the secrets of cats, managing people, and the meaning of life. (She says it's not 42.). Now that the kids are ready to take on their own homes and people, Brie is looking for someone interested in belonging to the sweetest, nicest cat on the planet and sharing their home and life with her. Looking for a loyal friend? A soft, cuddly confidant? Unconditional love. You really should meet Brie.

Amfissa (AKA Amy)  F - 4 months - spayed - UTD vaccines - microchipped - viral negative

Part of our Olives, Amfissa and Pimento came to us as orphaned bottle babies. Raised in foster care, they are well versed in handling humans, negotiating with older cats, and enjoying the benefits of living the indoor life.

Amy is an independent young girl. She takes a while to warm up and trust people but once she does she is sweet as sugar. She is the brave one of the pair, happy to explore new things and places.  She was the first to climb the cat trees and she just figured out how to get on the counters this week. 

Amy and Pim are extremely active together! They are always chasing and wrestling with each other until  they crash and snuggle up together for a nap. These bonded siblings are looking for a home together forever.

Pimento - (AKA Pim)  M - 4 months  - neutered- UTD vaccines - microchipped - viral tested negative

Pimento is a typical young guy - a roly poly kid with a big boy strut. He likes carrying his toys around in his mouth, roughhousing with his sister, Amfissa  somersaulting and tumbling with abandon.   Pim is an affectionate kitten who gets excited when his foster mom gets home from work, running to greet her at the door and following her everywhere. He has a BIG, constant purr that fills the quiet moments.

Pim and Amfissa are tightly bonded siblings who need a forever home together with someone who will love and treasure them.

Dewey's folks must have thought he needed a better home than they wanted to give him because the left him behind when they moved away.  fortunately for Dewey, a kind neighbor stepped in a got him safely to us for foster care.  This gentle, affectionate voy harbors no ill will towards people despite having been unceremoniously abandoned by the folks he depended on.  He's currently enjoying being safely indoors in a foster home where he has regular food, laps to inhabit, nice window views, and love.  Dewey enjoys being brushed, petted, cuddled, and included in household events.  He seems unbothered by other cats.  If you're looking for a feline cuddle bug, we'd love to introduce you to Dewey.

Gemelli came to us to raise her kittens in foster care. She has been a wonderful mommy to her kittens and is ready to find a forever home. She is sweet and a little wary of people and will need an experienced cat person  (or persons) who will be patient and kind as she adapts to a new home. Her daughter, Fettuccini, is quite bonded with her and they might do well going home together.

Fettucini is curious and playful. She loves running around with her siblings, exploring, and chasing wand toys. She's a little shy at first, but once you bring out a wand toy, she will play and play!  She is very attached to her siblings and mama and it would be best if she is adopted with either one of her siblings or her mom.

Linguini loves to play, climb, jump, and then take a break and cuddle in your lap. She is made up of equal parts energy and snuggles. She's great with school-aged kids. Linguini needs to go home with one of her siblings or to a home with another young cat/kitten who can be her playmate and companion in life.

Agate is the lightest tabby of the bunch and the heart of the Semi-Precious Stones crew. Outgoing, playful, and always ready for fun, she’s everybody’s best buddy—human and feline alike. Whether she’s chasing a toy, climbing the cat tree, or cozying up for snuggles, Agate brings joy wherever she goes.

She’s incredibly affectionate and loves being part of the action. Agate would thrive going home with one of her siblings or to a home with another young, playful cat to keep her company. With her charming personality and sweet nature, Agate is a total gem!

Obsidian, the dark tabby of the group, has a gentle, thoughtful presence. She’s playful and curious, always ready to join in the fun, but she also enjoys a bit of quiet time to take in her surroundings. She especially loves to cuddle with her sister Agate when it’s time to recharge.

Obsidian would do well with a sibling or another young cat in the home to help keep her active and social. She’s a lovely mix of independent and affectionate, and her soft snuggles and curious nature make her a treasured little gem.

Selene AKA Storm,  is  a lap lover with a mellow demeanor. She enjoys playing and snuggling with her kittens and would love to go home with one of them. This little lady has been an excellent mother but as much as she loves her babies, we're  happy knowing this is her first and last litter of kittens. Selene does well with people of all ages, as well as other cats. She is very much a kitten herself and is going to bring joy and delight to anyone sharing their home with her.

Thunder is equal parts cuddlebug and playful pal. She purrs constantly—just being near her sisters or getting gentle pets will get her motor running. While she loves to wrestle and chase toys like any kitten, Thunder also has a softer side and adores snuggling with her siblings during nap time.

Thunder has grown up in foster care and is great with school-aged kids and other cats. She’s very closely bonded to her sisters, Skye and Rain, and should be adopted with one of them—or placed in a home with another young, active cat to share her days with.

Sweet Songbirds! Meadowlark (orange) and Magpie (dilute torbie) came to us when their owner moved overseas and could not bring them. Initially apprehensive about the change, they have since settled, becoming friends with the humans and cats in their foster home, and are now ready to find permanent homes. This brother/sister duo is a pleasure. At approximately five months old, they are still in the kitten phase - discovering life, finding cozy snuggling spots, captivated by new toys, and refining their feline/human interaction skills.
